Family Medical Care

We employ a team approach and are committed to excellence with an array of services to help care for all the needs of your family. By focusing on the whole person, we care for your physical health needs as well as spiritual and emotional well-being.

General Health Care

All your general health needs will be met at the One Cross Community Health Center, where we offer holistic care. We know that general good health is more than the absence of disease – it is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. We work hard to help you achieve good health in all its aspects.

Geriatric Care

In its focus on health care specific to elderly people, geriatric care at One Cross Community Health Center encompasses a holistic approach in helping them cope with the effects of aging. Our elder-care programs at the Campbellsville clinic aim to promote good health by preventing and/or treating diseases and disabilities in older adults. We care not only for their physical needs but also their psychological and social needs. Families caring for older generations also may have special needs in learning how to best care for those aging in place, so One Cross Clinic’s providers and staff are trained to effectively care for an elder and their family’s needs.

Pediatrics

One Cross Community Health Center offers comprehensive, holistic pediatric care. We offer a kid-friendly waiting room, and care for various acute and chronic conditions. We have counselors who specialize in working with children who’ve experienced trauma and other mental health challenges. We care for all children’s emotional and physical needs. When kids have emotional and physical fitness, they’re better able to face life’s challenges, make good choices, develop self-esteem, and build strong relationships.

Immunizations (Vaccine for Kids Program)

The Vaccine for Kids Program is federally financed and provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise get vaccinated because of inability to pay. Children eligible for this program may receive vaccines for free or at greatly reduced price. Children participating in any Medicaid program can be vaccinated for free at One Cross Community Health Center. Those who are self-pay or who have insurance that does not cover vaccines still are eligible for a greatly reduced rate.

Work, School, and Travel Exams

One Cross offers pre-employment exams as well as travel exams and some travel medications, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. One Cross Community Health Center works directly with the CDC in providing up-to-date travel advice and pre-travel care to prevent illness during international travel.

One Cross Community Health Center offers holistic, natural alternatives to conventional medicines when applicable for various health conditions. These conditions include diabetes, elevated cholesterol, depression, anxiety, poor gut health, insomnia, dementia and other memory issues, as well as preventative health.
